An evening in Bengaluru....

Not to sound like a filmi title but it surely was an evening worth remembering in B’lore. I was on leave after a long time (rather first time this year). Had slight fever and body pain. After a good afternoon nap I was in my room watching movie and couple of sitcoms. At around 5.30pm, thought of getting some coffee. I love evenings, watching the sun go down and the wonderful shades of sky. These days hardly get to see them, thanks to my work. I opened the main door and was surprised to see that it had rained and I didnt even realize. I just screamed – Oh Wow… I was so excited, didn’t know what to do. It was very romantic , as my friend says – ekdum date marne waala types. There were trails of rain water everywhere, cool breeze blowing and drops of water trailing from the balcony grill. I decided to sit for a while in the balcony but then thought of making some coffee. Made some quick coffee with Nescafe instant coffee, poured it in my favorite mug, came out and sat in the balcony. Was sipping the coffee, watching the birds return back to their nests, just then thought, it would be great if I take some pictures. I somehow love taking the pictures of clouds. Here the sky was packed with clouds while sunrays trying hard to penetrate through them to say their final good byes. Tried taking some 15-20 pics, posing to my cell phone camera. Before I could realize I wanted to listen to some music, there was a guy in the neighborhood who started playing his guitar. There I was, in my balcony just after rain, sipping hot coffee, with cool breeze blowing, watching birds fly on a cloudy evening, listening to some awesome music and weaving my own dreams… What else it could be other than a perfect evening in B’lore…
